LaFaro return to Masons venue for a headline performance on Friday 26th March. With constant airplay on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 evening show over the past fortnight, a debut album via Smalltown America in the can, a slot as the main support act on And So I Watch You From Afar's forthcoming UK tour, and two sold out album launch shows in Belfast next month, this is a great time to catch one of Northern Ireland's premier underground Rock bands on the ascendency.
Featuring Johnny Black on Lead Vocals & Guitar, Herb Magee on Bass & Vocals, Dave Magee on Guitar & Vocals and Alan Lynn on Drums, LaFaro are a hard rocking outfit with a brain. As heavy as The Cancer Bats, yet as cerebral as the Pixies, this is most certainly a show you cannot afford to miss.
Support on the evening comes from rising Belfast alt-rockers The Rupture Dogs and local upstarts No Mean City. Doors are at 10pm, with tunes being spun from 10, first band at 11. Admission is £4 with drink promos on the night.
